If a product doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, our streamlined process makes returns and exchanges simple and stress-free.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Waltons packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
